Position Overview:
We’re seeking a Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our service department. In this role, you’ll be the welcoming face for customers, a friendly voice on the phone, and respond with knowledgeable answers to customer questions.

Key Responsibilities:
 


  • Greet and assist customers in a friendly, approachable manner
  • Provide basic product parts information
  • Address questions and concerns with patience
  • Responding to customer inquiries through various channels, such as phone calls and email
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Scheduling service calls and maintenance appointments
  • Collaborate with sales and delivery teams for a smooth customer experience
What We’re Looking For:
  

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Friendly, dependable, and approachable demeanor
  • Able to stay organized, calm during busy times, and eager to learn
 Bonus Points If You:
  

  • Have experience in customer service
  • Speak multiple languages (English/Spanish is a big plus)
  • A "roll‑up‑your‑sleeves" attitude for helping out with other team needs
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $52,000.00 per year
