Responsibilities:

·         Leading and training staff
·         Overseeing daily operations (shipping/receiving and managing inventory)
·         Implementing safety protocols, improving processes, and coordinating with other departments.
·         Monitoring performance metrics, maintaining equipment, and handling administrative tasks. 

Qualifications:

·         Experience in warehouse operations
·         Supervisor or leadership experience
·         Inventory management, receiving, shipping, and safety protocols

Required Skills:

Leadership, strong communication, and excellent organizational and time management abilities. Knowledge of warehouse operations, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail for inventory and record-keeping. Computer proficiency and physical stamina are also important.
Compensation: $43,000.00 - $58,000.00 per year
